She brought a bottle of the supplements you sent to her doctor, her doctor informed her that she should not be taking this product nor should she implement her diet at this time. My Aunt is in poor health with a thyroid disease, diabetes and high blood pressure to name a few. Your refusal to cancel this order, your taking her money that she cannot afford and her conversation with a very rude, disrespectful employee Nestor on February 5th, 2010 is only adding to her stress and depleting her health further. I have a tracking number for the product that I returned, you gave an RA# of 272 XXXX XXXXX XX which I wrote on the box. I am writing to make sure that this will be taken care of in a timely manner.
